At Kiss My Glass, we want you to love every handcrafted piece you receive from us. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making things right with our customers.
Return Window and Eligibility You may request a refund within thirty days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and materials included. Custom or personalized sea glass art pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are considered normal characteristics and do not qualify for returns.


Refund Process


To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address listed on our website within the thirty-day return window. You will need to provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the items if they are damaged or defective. Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship the items back to us.


Return Shipping and Costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Processing Time and Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within five to seven business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items


If your sea glass art arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement item or providing a full refund, including original shipping costs. In these cases, we will also provide a prepaid return label for sending back the damaged item.


Final Sale Items


Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discontinued cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items are clearly marked on our website at the time of purchase.
