Kiss My Glass takes great pride in creating each handcrafted sea glass piece with care and attention to detail. All orders require a processing time of three to five business days before shipment, as each item is individually crafted or carefully prepared for safe delivery. Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and packaged, shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes five to seven business days for delivery within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available and usually deliver within two to three business days. Overnight shipping can be arranged for urgent orders and will be delivered the next business day when ordered before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays.

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, though additional shipping time and costs may apply for these locations. Each package is carefully wrapped and secured to protect the delicate nature of our sea glass products during transit.

International shipping is currently available to select countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees that are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping times typically range from ten to twenty-one business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Kiss My Glass occasionally offers free shipping promotions on orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly indicated on our website and during the checkout process.We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, though we will work with our shipping partners to investigate any issues and assist in filing claims when necessary. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged, please contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date so we can begin the resolution process.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and reshipping fees will apply for address corrections after the order has been shipped.

Delivery confirmation is provided for all shipments, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Someone should be available to receive the package at the delivery address, or arrangements should be made with the carrier for safe delivery if no one will be present.
